Subscription and Payments

After the 30-day trial period ends, you can continue by paying for the subscription. The subscription is not activated automatically — we will not charge you anything without your explicit confirmation.

If you choose automatic renewal, the following applies:

• We regularly charge your payment card an amount corresponding to your plan (CZK 99 per user per month).
• The charge always takes place on the first day of the new Billing Period.
• Payments continue until you cancel them.
• You receive an e-mail with an invoice for each payment.
• We inform you of any price change by e-mail at least 30 days in advance.

You can cancel them at any time:

1. In the administration → Settings → Subscription → the “Cancel subscription” button.
2. Or by e-mail to podpora@simplecrm.cz, no later than 1 business day before the next payment is charged.

Canceling automatic payments does not end your subscription — the service keeps running until the end of the paid period. To end the Contract completely, cancel your account in the administration.

Payment details are processed by Comgate, a.s. in accordance with the PCI-DSS Level 1 standard. Comgate is a direct member of the Visa and Mastercard card associations (Principal member). SimpleCRM never has access to your card number.

Online payments are handled for us by the Comgate payment gateway. The service provider, Comgate a.s., is a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted. Further information and contacts at www.comgate.eu.
