This page explains which cookies and similar technologies SimpleCRM uses and how you can manage your consent. Since 1 January 2022, an opt-in regime has applied in the Czech Republic under Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They are used to remember your state (e.g. being signed in) or to measure traffic.

2. Which cookies we use

a) Necessary cookies (without consent)

Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications — exemption from opt-in for technically necessary storage.

  • simplecrm_refresh — keeps you signed in to the application, duration: 30 days
  • simplecrm_oauth_state — protects sign-in with a Google account, duration: 10 minutes

b) Other browser storage (localStorage, without consent)

  • simplecrm.cookie-consent.v1 — record of your cookie choice, kept until you change your choice
  • simplecrm-theme — the appearance theme you have chosen; stored only when you choose a theme yourself

c) Analytics cookies (with consent)

We do not deploy any analytics cookies. Deploying them requires your prior consent.

d) Marketing cookies

We do not use them.

3. How to manage consent

You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the button below or the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. We do not use pre-ticked checkboxes; in line with the opinions of the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), the “Accept all” and “Reject all” buttons are given equal prominence.

4. Retention period and further information

Specific retention periods are given for the individual items above. For questions, contact support — see Contact.
